La Real Federación Española de Fútbol ejerce, por delegación de la Ley 10/1990, de 15 de octubre, la organización, en exclusiva, de las competiciones oficiales de ámbito estatal, y coordinadamente con la LFP las calificadas como profesionales. A tal fin se dicta un Reglamento General que regula diferentes aspectos de las competiciones federativas.
La última revisión del Reglamento General fue aprobada por la Comisión Delegada de la RFEF y posteriormente por la Comisión Directiva del Consejo Superior de Deportes.
El Reglamento General consta de 268 artículos.
The Royal Spanish Football Federation (“RFEF”) exercises, by delegation of Law 10/1990, of October 15, 1990, the exclusive organisation of official state-level competitions, and in coordination with the LFP (Liga de Fútbol Profesional) those qualified as professionals. To this end, a General Regulation is issued that regulates different aspects of federative competitions.
The last revision of the General Regulations was approved by the RFEF Delegate Committee and subsequently by the Board of Directors of the Higher Sports Council.
The General Regulations consist of 268 articles.
The RFEF promulgates many other types of regulations, including regulations relating to discipline, players’ licenses, agents’ (intermediaries) regulations, audiovisual regulations, etc.
